Allied Air Component Command Izmir (CC-Air Izmir) is the headquarters conducting the exercise.

This exercise will be directed and controlled by Lieutenant General Mario Renzo Ottone, ITA AF, DCOM Allied Air Component Command Izmir, as Exercise Director.  The NRF Air Elements ranging from command and control entities to actual air formations/units will be commanded by Lieutenant general Gilles Desclaux , FRA AF, DCOM, French Air Defence and Air Operations Command (FRA-ADAOC); Brigadier General Patrick Charaix, FRA AF, will assume the role of COM JFACC forward from Solenzara Air Base, Corsica, France within the framework of NRF 12 Air Component Command.
