EBAO

The Effect-Based Approach to Air Operations (EBAO) has to be considered as a way of thinking complementary to other philosophies. It formalises links between actions, effects, objectives and end state and first of all it holds the engagement area as a system of systems within which decoding is necessary. This requires a deep knowledge of the engagement area, cooperation of cultural experts, experts in sociology who know very well the local population and personnel knowledgeable with modern analysis.
